Getting Started with TradiesMateTracker©
(Note: TradiesMateTracker works with iPhone/iPad)
Three quick steps to connect the TradiesMateTracker with Apple's "Find My" App that is downloaded from the App Store.
1. Open the App Store and search for "Find My". If it's already installed, you can click "Open", and if not, click "Download"
2. Please activate the TradiesMateTracker battery by removing the plastic cover. Then launch the tracker by pressing the power button, the tag will play a sound once it launches.
3. Open the “Find My” app and add your tag by clicking “Items”. You can name the tag and choose the portrait image. We suggest including the tag ID within the name to differentiate between devices. For example: 'FlowFast Plumbing Tag 1002'.
As soon as you complete adding the TradiesMateTracker to the FindMy App, you'll see a map like the one below, showing your location when you completed the setup.
We recommend enabling "Lost Mode". When “Lost Mode” is enabled, it has three options:
1 Notify when found
2 Find my Lock
3 Leave a Message
When you enable “Lost Mode” it will ask you to input your mobile number. When the tag is found the person or Law Enforcement officer will see the message and your contact number.
